Artists are encouraged to attend via ZOOM a pre-proposal Artist Q&A on September 10, 2020, beginning promptly at 3pm and ending no later than 5pm, AKST. The intent of the Q&A is to share information about the Call for Art for the Tongass Historical Museum and to provide an opportunity for artists and/or teams of artists to direct questions to the Ketchikan City Public Works Department, the Ketchikan Museums staff, and KAAHC, relative to design specifications of the art locations, submission details, and to the public art procurement process. Following the conclusion of the Q&A, all further requests for information must be submitted in writing to the Ketchikan Area Arts and Humanities Council at KathleenL@ketchikanarts.org for processing.
