    The Bark Electra was a ship built in 1866. Adolf Fechier was a sailor on her crew who fell overboard in 1895. The ship was one day out from the settlement of Loring when they held a burial at sea for him. To this day, Adolf's tombstone, which contains an etching of Bark Electra, is in the Loring Graveyard. To create this piece, Jim Guenther made a rubbing of that tombstone etching, and added watercolor.

  1. What Information Do We Collect?   10. How Can You Access and Correct Your Information? You may request access to all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain in our database by emailing us using the contact form provided to you within the site structure of our website.

Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
