Swing Dance - BOOMbal Dance Hall
You get a surprising amount of exercise while dancing for an hour and a half PLUS it is HIGHLY likely that you will laugh more than if you go to the gym and lift weights. You don't need to know how to dance to attend!
You don't need a partner to be able to show up. This is a great activity to show up solo to. There are friends waiting for you here!
