Celebration of the Sea Art Walk

Celebrate art and the start of a new season at the Arts Council’s 11th Annual Celebration of the Sea Art Walk! On Friday, May 6th from 5 to 8 pm hit downtown Ketchikan to enjoy new pieces by local artists, music, refreshments, and fun! Start at any participating location, pick up a map, and enjoy a wonderful spring evening of art! More special events follow on May 7th!

Southeast Sea Kayak’s Celebration of the Littoral Sea
9 a.m. Starts at Westflight Bldg, 1621 Tongass Avenue
Meet the wild creatures of the inter-tidal zone on a fun low tide paddle. First timers welcome! $15/person or bring your own kayak along for free. Space is limited, call 225-1258 to sign-up. Proceeds benefit the Sea Scouts of Ketchikan.
